The Manaslu Circuit Walk is a strenuous and lonely trek through Nepal’s Himalayas that passes through a variety of environments, societies, and terrains. The walk encircles Manaslu, the eighth-highest mountain in the world, and provides amazing views of both the summit and other nearby peaks. The walk starts in the Gorkha district’s small village of Arughat and proceeds along the Budhi Gandaki River before ascending to the Larkya La Pass, the route’s highest point at an elevation of 5,106 metres (16,752 feet).
The walk looks into the local way of life as it goes past traditional Gurung and Tibetan communities. The trail leads to a feeling of adventure and discovery and is less crowded than other well-known treks in Nepal. Depending on the schedule and your pace, the trek can be completed in 12 to 22 days. However we provide the Manaslu Circuit trek for 14 days.
The Manaslu Circuit Trek must be completed with a certified trekking agency, a guide, or a porter and requires a special permit. Due to the local monsoon season, the trek is only accessible to hikers from September to November and from March to June.
Guided Group Treks – What Are They?
The practice of hiking or backpacking across wilderness or hilly locations with a group of people is called group trekking. This can range from day hikes to multi-day backpacking expeditions, including guided and self-directed tours. Trekking in group joining is a standard method to enjoy the outdoors and may provide a sense of support and companionship as well as the chance to pick the brains of more seasoned hikers. Safety precautions and careful planning are crucial when taking part in group trekking.
Group trekking has a lot of benefits as well as drawbacks. Below we have listed them. So now consider these lists whenever you travel to a country for a group trekking.
Advantages of Trek Group Joining Include:
- Safety: Taking a group on a hike can boost safety because more people will be on hand to help in an emergency or disaster.
- Support: Group hiking can be physically and emotionally supportive, especially for those who lack experience or aren’t as physically fit.
- Cost: Because transportation, guides, and permit costs can be split among the group, group trekking may be more affordable.
- Social aspect: Group trekking may be a joyful and social event that fosters friendships and camaraderie among hikers.
Disadvantages of Trek Group Joining Include:
- Less flexibility: Because the group’s pace and schedule must be considered, group trekking may need to be more adaptable than solo trekking.
- Less intimate experience: Going on a trek with a group can limit your time alone and for introspection.
- Group dynamics difficulties: Like personality conflicts or arguments, can impair group travelling.
- Noise pollution: Noisy hikers and those who violate the trek’s natural environment are also risks associated with large groups of hikers.
It’s important to remember that going on a group trek may be a fantastic choice for some people but not others. In the end, it comes down to individual needs and preferences. Before choosing between a group trek and a solo journey, one should balance the advantages and disadvantages.
Group Joining Date
Although we run family, couple, and private treks throughout the year, we have set departing schedules for group joining trips. It enables a lone hiker to form a team and make the experience unforgettable. Additionally, group treks may be less expensive since you will share your guide and travel with some other team members.

Cost for Manaslu Circuit Trek Group Joining
Depending on the size of the party, the terrain, the degree of difficulty, and any other facilities required or desired, the cost of group trekking might vary significantly. The length of the trek, the quality of lodging sought or needed, the services or guides necessary along the route, the cost of getting to and from base camps, the availability of supplies while on the trek, and permit fees are additional variables that might affect cost.
Due to economies of scale, trek group joining can be significantly more economical than individual trekking. For instance, larger parties frequently obtain savings on equipment rentals such as tents or stoves due to bulk orders. Comparably, allocating transportation costs for pick-ups and drops between members can result in significant savings over time. In addition, sharing a guide among a group of people may result in lower costs per person than hiring a guide separately for each visitor.
Here are the list of cost per pax (meaning people/persons/occupants):
