Manaslu Guide has its own booking term and condition refer to all itineraries described on this website including those which might otherwise be known as Trekking, Peak Climbing, Hiking, Sightseeing, Jungle Safari, Rafting, and

Adventure Activities programs in Nepal.

To secure trips and places, a 20% down payment from total trip cost. It required to make in advance as per the organizer policy. This deposit helps us to make confirm reservation of Hotels in City, domestic flights. And all trekking and climbing permits. Along with deposit, we need a detail Name list of Participants, Gender, Nationality, Date of birth, passport number, passport.  You need to send us passport copy attached by e-mail for all trips in Nepal).

The rest of the payment should clear on arrival day (this will apply for all programs in Nepal). However, we can request you to make full payment before your arrival if this is necessary. Be mindful, we also reserve the right to cancel your trip provided full amount not paid before one day to departure.

Any trip booking Payment procedures are very easy with Manaslu Guide Team. We accept your last minute booking also. But full payment of total tour cost should be made in advance if necessary or can pay the full payment on arrival day.

There are many transfer services in Nepal but Western Money Transfer is one of the quicker, reliable, and  organizations in Nepal. But the service charge is your own. We have an online gateway payment system. You can pay your trip booking advance 20% through Maser or Visa card.

Note: Bank service charges should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.
